YOUR TOP CHOICE MENTORSHIP
With Titon Rosavelli — Lived it. Flipped it. Now I teach it.
"45 minutes sitting down with me is 45 minutes less time being out there taking a risk."
That’s what a session is. Time off the street. Time with somebody who’s been exactly where you are — and found the way out.
YOUR TOP CHOICE MENTORSHIP
Real guidance from someone who's lived it.
MEET YOUR MENTOR
Titon Rosavelli went from the Yellow Top Crew to Your Top Choice. He came home in 2022 determined to do everything right — and he turned his lived experience into a profession.
While incarcerated, he made the best use of his time: he earned his GED inside, then went on to complete 4,000 hours of apprenticeship as a counselor's aide for social living skills, earning state certifications as Counseling Aide I (2004) and Counseling Aide II (2006) — qualified journeyworker.
After coming home, he became a reentry mentor and workshop facilitator with FedCap, running workshops inside Rikers Island on resumes, goal setting, and coming home ready — in the same housing area where he was once housed as an inmate. He kept sharpening his tools with professional training in job interview preparation, workplace success, and project management.
He's the founder of YTC The Label, and he built real businesses from nothing — a music label, a retail boutique on the Upper West Side, a dry cleaning business, and an Amazon delivery operation. He learned it the hard way so he can show you the shortcuts.
This is straight-up mentorship from lived experience, backed by real training. This is NOT therapy, NOT legal advice, and NOT licensed counseling. Just real talk and real guidance from someone who's been where you are and built his way out.

Meet Your Mentor
Jose "Titon" Rosa has done this work from every side of the system. He trained as a Counselor's Aide under the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision — completing both NYS Department of Labor apprenticeships in Social Living Skills (Levels I and II, 4,000 hours) — and built his career guiding other people through the same door he came through.
He served at Fedcap NYC Inc. — starting as a Re-Entry Mentor in 2024 and promoted to Workshop Facilitator in 2026, leading life-skills and professional-development workshops for people re-entering the community. Today he runs Your Top Choice Mentorship independently — that same work, one-on-one: 45 minutes sitting down with him is 45 minutes less time out there taking a risk.

GET IN WHERE YOU FIT IN
1. BOOK YOUR OWN SESSION — Your first session is free — 45 minutes, no card, no catch. After that, pick a package and keep building.
2. DONATE — Can’t do sessions but believe in the mission? Your donation pays for sessions for people who need them and can’t afford them. Every dollar goes to time — time off the street, time with a mentor.
3. SPONSOR SOMEONE — Know somebody coming home who needs this? Sponsor their seat. Your donation covers their sessions. When you donate, add a note: "Sponsor a seat."
First sessions stay free either way. Nobody who needs help gets turned away over money if a sponsored seat is open.
My Story On Camera
Before Your Top Choice, there was the Yellow Top Crew. I lived that life — these streets, these blocks, all of it. Then I flipped it. Your choice counts — make it your top choice, and make it a positive. These videos are other people telling my story through their lens. Watch where I came from and you'll understand why I do this.
Where it started — the short version.
