Let’s Talk About It!!!

An Open Letter to Our Community

I'm making a change, and I wanted to share it with all of you directly. From now on, you'll find everything I'm creating—all our stuff—exclusively on YTCTheLabel.com.

I'm stepping away from posting my personal work on other platforms like Instagram. Why? Because I believe in building our own home. On our website, we own everything, and we're not at the mercy of algorithms or third-party rules. This is our space, built for our community.

Your support of YTCTheLabel.com is more than just a purchase or a click; it’s a powerful act that has a tangible impact. The proceeds from this platform go directly toward providing employment opportunities for at-risk individuals. When you support us, you’re not only getting what you've been waiting for, you're helping create a safer, more stable community for everyone.

I've been listening, and I know what you've been asking for. This is where I'll be sharing what you've been waiting to see. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. This is just the beginning.

The Winning Team: A Call for Collective Support

It's always the strangers who believe in you first. But imagine what we could do if we all believed together.

An Open Letter: On Second Chances and Shared Success

My journey as a re-entry mentor has shown me that the greatest work is never done alone. I've been fortunate to witness the kindness of strangers who see the potential in someone else's journey and are willing to offer a hand up. These are the people who believe in second chances, even when those closest to a person might not.

This experience has solidified a belief I hold at my core: it's not about making the winning shot, it's about being on the winning team. The work I do is about building a winning team—a network of support that helps individuals successfully reintegrate into society. This benefits us all. When a person is empowered to find a job, build a family, and contribute positively to their community, we all win. We become a safer, stronger, and more compassionate society.

I am out here every day, putting in the work. I am the one-on-one mentor, the guide, the resource navigator. I am building this team from the ground up, but I can't do it alone. The truth is, even the wealthiest people and the biggest companies ask for support. They understand that to achieve a monumental goal, you need a collective effort.

My mission is no different. It requires resources to continue providing dedicated guidance, to connect people with opportunities, and to grow this network of support. Your contribution, no matter the size, is not just a donation; it's a pledge to be on this winning team with me. It’s a belief in the power of second chances and a commitment to our shared future.

If you believe in this mission, if you believe in the power of a winning team, I invite you to support my work.

The Rollercoaster, The Wreckage, and The Rise

As I sit here on December 31st, I’m looking back at a year that didn’t just test me—it nearly broke me. If I had to describe 2025 in one word, it would be resilience.

The Drop

The middle of this year brought a blow I didn’t see coming. Seeing the Sheriff’s Department walk into my boutique and losing my shop was a moment of pure survival. It wasn't just a business; it was my livelihood and my creative space. Watching that chapter close under those circumstances, while simultaneously navigating the personal challenges and shortcomings of my son, felt like the roller coaster was in a free fall.

There were days when the weight of it all felt like too much to carry.

The Anchor

But even in the wreckage, there was a blessing. I have to give all the thanks to my partner. In a year where things felt unstable, she was my steady ground. She was the reminder that even when you lose a "thing," you don't have to lose yourself. Having someone stand by you when the lights go out is how you find the strength to flip the switch back on.

The Rise

As the year comes to a close, the ride has finally leveled out—and it’s heading higher than I imagined. I’ve realized that my setbacks gave me a unique set of tools. Today, I’m making a real impact as a reentry mentor. I’m taking the lessons I learned the hard way and using them to guide others through their own storms.

Beyond that, the seeds I planted for new business ventures are finally coming to fruition. I’m not just standing again; I’m moving forward with a clearer vision than I had back in January.

Looking Toward 2026

I’m leaving the pain of the "boutique chapter" in 2025, but I’m taking the wisdom with me. I’ve learned that a loss is often just a redirection. To my partner, to my mentees, and to everyone who stayed in my corner: thank you.

2026 isn't just a new year; it’s going to be an awesome year. I’m ready for the impact. I’m ready for the growth.

The Burden of the Benevolent

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that settles in your bones when you choose the high road. It’s not just the energy of the battle; it's the energy required to not fight, to hold your peace and maintain civility when every fiber of your being is screaming break their mouth.

We all know them: the entitled coward. They're the people who have never had to truly put in the work, risk their neck, or sacrifice their comfort, yet they are the loudest demanding respect, resources, and attention. They parade their entitlement like a shield, never once stopping to consider the source of the grace they are being shown.

Here’s the truth that they simply don't grasp: My civility, my humility, and my respect toward them is not a universal right. It is a privilege I am giving them.

It's a privilege earned by my own effort, my own code of conduct, and the very real impact I have made. I've heard the old saying: "If you save one life, you've done your job." Well, if that's the measure, I have done my job tenfold. I have invested in these streets, in this community, and in the well-being of the people around me.

Yet, those with the weakest resolve are often the first to minimize that impact. They try to ignore the positive wake you leave behind, hoping that if they don't acknowledge it, your success won't challenge their own stagnation.

The real win, then, is not in changing their mind or receiving their applause. The victory is in the fact that you have the strength to extend grace, even when they are too small-minded to appreciate it. You do it for your own integrity, for the standard you have set for yourself—a standard far higher than they can even see from the entitled ground they stand on.

Leading by Example: My New Challenge

Mentoring is something I take seriously. I've always told you that success is a journey, and that every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow. But telling you is one thing—showing you is another.

That's why I'm publicly taking on a new challenge of my own. I'm doing this to remind myself, and to show you, that growth doesn't stop. Whether you're re-entering the community, starting a new career, or just trying to build a better life, the process is the same. It takes courage, resilience, and a willingness to be uncomfortable.

My hope is that by seeing me face my own fears and work toward my goals, you'll be inspired to face yours. This isn't about being perfect; it's about being persistent. If I can do it, you can too.

Let's do this together. What challenge are you ready to take on?

-Titon Rosavelli

I have to give a massive salute to Santiago Matias, the one and only Alofoke. The reality show "La Casa de Alofoke" isn't just entertainment; it's a testament to what's possible when you invest in your community. He is creating incredible opportunities—jobs and investments that are changing lives. His success lights a fire under me. I'm determined to build something that does the same for my people.

My Journey to Becoming a Reentry Mentor: A Spanish-Speaking Podcast Interview

I'm excited to share that I'll be a guest on an upcoming Spanish-speaking podcast, The Andy Show, where I will discuss my personal journey to becoming a reentry mentor. In this interview, I'll be sharing the past experiences that have shaped my path and my passion for helping others navigate the challenges of finding employment and rebuilding their lives. My work as a reentry mentor is deeply personal, and it's a mission I am committed to. Douglas Projects Cookout on 125th: A Vibe You Had to Be There For

Labor Day weekend on 125th Street was something special. I knew about the Douglas Projects cookout on the pier, and I decided to pass by because my shorty was there. When I got there, the energy was incredible. It was one of those moments that reminded me why I do what I do.

I saw so many faces I knew from back in the day, and their reactions were priceless. The shock, the smiles, and the hugs—it felt like a family reunion. The love was real. A lot of people came up to me, some just surprised to see me, others giving me props for everything I’ve been doing. It’s moments like that that ground you and remind you of where you came from.

I could see others on the sidelines, whispering and wondering who I was. And yeah, I saw the haters too. They were there, wondering why I still get so much love. But the truth is, the love and support from my people will always outweigh any negativity. That’s a vibe you can’t fake.

To everyone who came up to me, shared a moment, and showed love, thank you. You are the reason I keep going. This weekend was a huge reminder that the connection with my community is the most important thing. I appreciate every single one of you.

Stay tuned for what's next. You already know it's going to be something special.
